REFUND POLICY

Return and Complaints Policy for N'goodso

We at N'goodso value customer satisfaction, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or complain about a product, we offer a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of your order.

Return:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To start the return process, please contact our customer service at kontakt@ngoodso.dk with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Name of the product(s) you wish to return
  3. Reason for return

Our customer service will then guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Please be aware that you as a customer must cover the costs for the return shipping. The return label ustedes from us and costs DKK 49, corresponding to DAO Home Delivery, and will be deducted from the refund of your payment. It is not possible for you as a customer to send to our shipping address yourself, this must be done with our return label.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the full amount of the returned item(s) to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs, and the cost of the return label.

Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Complaint:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within the warranty period to initiate a claims process. We will ask for pictures of the defective product and additional information to assess the situation.

Depending on the situation, we will either offer a replacement or a full refund for the defective product, including any shipping costs.

We always strive to resolve complaints as quickly and flexibly as possible to ensure your satisfaction as a customer.
