2. Delivery time: Once your order has been processed, we usually deliver within 3-5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information so you can track your package.

3. Shipping options: We offer two shipping options:

   • DAO Parcel Shop: You can choose to have your parcel delivered to your nearest DAO Parcel Shop. This gives you the flexibility to pick up your package when it suits you best.

   • DAO Home delivery: We also offer home delivery with DAO, where your package is delivered directly to your address. This is ideal if you prefer to have your items delivered to your door.

4. Shipping costs: Shipping costs for orders under DKK 699 will be indicated at checkout during the checkout process.

5. Free shipping: We offer free shipping for orders of DKK 699 or more.

6. Other: Please note that you as a customer are responsible for covering the costs of resending your order if it is returned to us as the sender because it was not collected from a DAO Parcelshop.

We deliver to customers throughout Denmark, regardless of where you are.
